The staff were helpful, providing useful information about trams and sightseeing. The hotel was clean, with spacious rooms and a convenient ground floor bar. The breakfast, while repetitive, was filling and included delicious Italian sponge cakes. The tram stop right outside the hotel made it easy to reach the city center in just 20 minutes. there were plenty of affordable and tasty restaurants in the neighborhood. I highly recommend this hotel for its value for money and pleasant stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The staff here were incredibly kind and helpful, especially the receptionist who assisted us upon arrival.
